2013 Volkswagen Sharan diesel engine management light on

We were driving along the A12 After a long motorway journey and the tyre pressure warning light came on. However about 5 minutes after that problem the ⛽️ diesel engine management light flashed and the engine light turned on. The car proceeded to go into limp mode but luckily we got home at a reduced speed. About 6 months ago the same lights came on and we replaced the turbocharger but it has seemed fine until now.
