The reverse gear sometimes doesn't engage, the mechanic serviced the valve body now the forward transmission is not smooth, revs without engaging, forceful transmission. And shift from 3 to 4 after reving and very fast and lately it jerks. Can anyone help? pls

Sounds like you need to get a new mechanic .Take it to an auto gearbox specialist for fault scanning / diagnosing report .
