Volkswagen Sharan Right indicator and hazard warning light not working properly very faint light and relay ticks very fast

The right indicator relay ticks very fast and the right indicator light doesn't work but the right mirror indicator is very faint you can barely see it.. I have checked the bulbs the bulbs are fine. I have checked the hazard lights the left indicator light works fine the right indicator is very faint and when you lock the doors with the Key fob and set the alarm all the indicator again the left wing mirror lights work fine but the right light is very faint.

Sounds like an earthing problem with lamp .
