2006 Volkswagen Sharan right indicator light not working very faint light and relay ticks very fast

The right indicator relay ticks very fast and the right indicator light doesn't work but the right mirror indicator is very faint you can barely see it.. I have checked the bulbs the bulbs are fine. I have checked the hazard lights they work fine. But when you lock the doors with the Keyfob and set the alarm all the indicator lights seem to work okay.
Could somebody please help me or any suggestions.

Possibly earthing fault ?

Thanks for the reply. I have just noticed that the also the right hazard light is very faint and barely visible and when you use the keyfob to lock the doors again its only the right wing mirror light is faint the left wing mirror is fine. Again I have checked the bulbs and they are fine.
When you say earthing fault? how do i locate the earthing?
