Losing speed then cutting out altogether

My car intermittently loses power then cuts out. After a minute or 2 I can start the engine and it runs ok until the next time. Sometimes its all day this happens other times is every few days. Had it on diagnosis computer and no faults are found. Its had a new cam sensor and MAF sensor. I'm not sure what to try next, its a lovely car so don't really want to get rid of it. Any ideas???

Could check / change fuel filter .Maybe a partially blocked cat or exhaust box but many other possible causes .
