1998 Volkswagen Sharan indicators wont work

I had a flat battery the other day and since then my indicators (and Hazard lights) won't work.
everything else works fine.
I have pulled out all the fuses one by one and they are fine.
I know that ther should be a relay somewhere , but I cant find it.
Can anyone help me please.

i think the relay is built in to the hazard switch comes as one unit
