1996 Volkswagen Polo a lot of noise and power down

Hello dear Sir/Madam!
I have a Polo Model 6N Diesel of year 1996.
It have a lot of noise inside of cab, even with closed windows, and some times it goes to power down, I need to push in full position the accelerator, the car make a lot of black smoke behind and there is not insufficient power to speed up the car. In the middle-position of accelerator it is not so noisy and black smoke but the car still has not power to speed up. Could you please give me any recommendation, what problem is on my car. Already I have checked the fuel pump and computer control does not detect any problem.
Any kind of your help shall be much appreciated.

Many possible causes .Get car into local diesel specialist for checking .Usually plenty in Yellow Pages .
