heaters are only blowing cold on both settings, i have changed the thermostat,bled the system,checked the cables,the water is going in and of the matrix hot,flushed it through,if it is the matrix just need to know how to take it out,can someone please help me

Sounds like it's a fault with the heater flap stuck in cold position for what ever reason .

cheers for that advise about the heaters,any idea how to get at it

Could try and see where the control control cable goes to on heater box / assembly and try and move as a temp repair . Another fault which was common on that car was the water pump impeller failing .
