1999 Volkswagen Polo low mgp funny smell from exhagust

from when i bought my car i had this problem low mpg i dont know why but my exhagst has always been loud for some reason i got it checked for a hole but they didint find any and also my exgaust smell funny like some of the fuel is not burning and the car dripps out little petrol from the back every 5-6 secs what could it mean?

its condensation out the back not fuel its normal to drop a couple of pints a day this way
if your car smells of wrotten eggs this is poor fuel quality or muck/water in fuel check filter
have a 4 gas reading done at a garage as if ex loud and smell your cat may be damaged
