2000 Volkswagen Polo won't start

Had the car running for a minute but then switched it off. A minute later it wouldn't start. The starter motor is running, head lights works but no ignition.
When rotating the starter key in ignition position no warning lights on dashboard lights up, no meters moves (temperature, fuel). Automatic windows doesn't work but remote locking system. Right back light doesn't work (chenged it). Switch for outside air intake or circulation doesn't work. Any suggestion?
