2016 Volkswagen Polo heater

So this is a minor thing really but when the heater is on, cold air is blowing out from under the dash on the passenger side so presumably some piece of kit that blocks this is missing, wondered if anyone knew where I might be able to get a replacement

I would be checking under the dash for any heater trunking hoses loose or off
