2000 Volkswagen Polo left speaker not working

The left speaker isn't working anymore- could it be a problem with a fuse or a loose cable?

they arnt fused
try swapping left for right speakers see if fault moves
if not run new wire between audio and speaker or look for wire break (if its in the door try loomb between door and car
i take it youve checked balance on radiob
