Dip lights are very dim but head lights are ok

the headlights are very dim while on dip but full beam is ok.
also drivers side brake light the bulb has blown twice in one month.

That has to be a high resistance in the circuit.
But as to where?
I'd suggest you call an auto spark.

not sure whether you would have a dim/dip resistor on that year ,if not try running a wire from the relay supplied live to the back of the dip side of the bulb.
