2013 Volkswagen Polo red flashing oil light

Just brought this car today and been driving around and the red flashing oil light has come on a couple of times but then just goes off. Could this be something significant or just because it might have sat on the forecourt for a while?

If oil level o.k take it back under warranty for checking / fixing ASAP.
