Hi .

I had an issue with this car with a misfire in cylinder 1 .It was a head off job /skim/valves/loadsa money spent .Now that i have the car back it has developed a problem with the central locking system .It is a key in door system not a fob .When i turn the key the car will lock ..Lovley . Next time it will only lock the drivers door . . It is very hit and miss .I have to lock the doors with the button in the car then lock the drivers door with the key .
This seems to only have come into the car since i got the head done .

Any thoughts .

I'm pretty sure the central locking has nothing to do with the hg change. Older models had a vacuum central locking system I'm unshure if this !del has that. So it must be electrical. If its intermittent on different does I would suggest checking the continuity on all wires in all doors with a multimeter.

Pull door trim and try spraying central locking actuator / linkage with WD40 , often works .
