2007 Volkswagen Polo rear washer not working

The rear window washer on my 07 plate polo is not working! I can hear the pump working and the front washers work fine! When I try the rear washer the water comes out onto the road behind the rear left wheel! Can I fix this easily myself?

Hose has come off at junction / joint or jet .Or may have broken where it passes into tailgate .

Does sound like the hose is off they are prone to it you normally have to remove the tailgate panel and either refitt the hose or there's a small repair kit you get if the plastic pipes broken.
