Car failling to start in the first 6 to 10 cranks

hello hope you all fine, well i have vw polo acting very funny the car runs fine but at times you have your coil charge to the ground and the car will cut not until you crank 4 to almost 10 times at times you just change the plugs that when it will start. Any help

Hard to understand your post , but if it's a starting fault from cold , check or replace engine coolant temp sensor .If not that , check engine compressions .
