I have a bad vibration from the front of my car when accelerating especially between 40 & 60 mph. I have checked all wheels, replaced front tyres, I've even replaced the clutch. Any ideas anyone??

When you had the tyres changed, did you have the wheels balanced?...

Yes I had the wheels balanced. I have 20 years experience in the motor trade 8 of which I was a vw technician. I have never experienced this sort of vibration. Neither as any of my former colleagues. It feels like the cars going to fall apart when it starts vibrating.

Could be the drive shafts out of balance...
