Morning starting

for about a month i have had problem starting my 1400 tdi diesel polo in the morning or when i leave it for about 8 hours, seems as if the fuel is leaking back as after about 10 turns she will start bringing the fuel buck up and then be fine all day, then next morning same thing. checked heater plugs all new.
any solution's please

check the injector link pipes some times they can perish causing starting problems

Try replacing the fuel filter.
