Engine keeps stalling

My engine keeps cutting out and the car dies when I stop the car or when I have slowed down into first gear and apply pressure on the brake. I had the battery tested last week but thats all fine. Could it be the idle or cambelt? Please help, its a right pain!!!

sounds like cloging of inlet manifold happens more when slow round town driving. spraying of cat friendly intake/injection cleaner may fix it or a "forte" fuel cleaner and a good thrash.
