Hi,
the auto hold function on my passat has stopped working,I'm not sure when this
happend as i dont use it that often!
I was wondering is there a fuse to check
but can't identify as there is no specific
fuse for the auto hold function listed on
the fuse diagram.
many thanks

Thanks for the info "Whittingehame" I understand the function and use of auto hold,my problem is the button once you press it the light in the button will not function and I have tried an hill start, the system won't engage the car just
rolls backward. With it being electrically operated I was hopeful that it may just be the button at fault,I have just had the parking break
button replaced at a volkswagen main dealer 115 pounds(ouch!!)thats why I was hoping it is just a fuse!I apollogise if my original qustion was a tad misleading!!!

Cant tell you if it's covered by seperate fuse or not , dont have data on fuse layout . If they replaced button to cure this fault and it did not , take it back and tell them you still got this fault .If they carried out a scan it should show what is causing the problem .
