i have to open and close my car by the boot if i try and open it by the drivers side both front windows open and comes down any ideas what could be the problem thanks

Elizabeth, I have the same problem. Its not really a problem though. It is a safety feature to let you gain access to your car if the locks have simple solution is to turn the key and return it to the vertical(upright) position asap. Hope this helps
