2018 Volkswagen Passat heater not working on the drivers side

You need to get a pressure test on the cooling system to check for the coolant leak firstly , especially with this cold weather and keep anti freeze topped up . Then if still having problems you can look at fixing heat on drivers side which may be a heater flap / actuator problem
