Thumping noise from o/s/front

Have thumping noise from o/s/front when car speed hits
40mph. CV joint,driveshaft,wheel bearing,and the front arm,s have been replaced,I don't,t know what it can be.
Any help would be gratefull

Checked wheel and tyre for run out or bulges and balance ? Tried changing wheels ?
