Rattling noise on drivers side when acceleratting in low gears

i'm getting a rattling noise on the front drivers side when i'm acceleratting in low gears whilst turning once i've straightened up it stops. Any ideas what it might be...

If it's a heavy clicking noise , sounds like driveshaft c/v joint .
