2003 Volkswagen Golf slipping clutch

In August 2009 had 2/3rd gear synchro replaced along with leaking tandem pump gasket and coolant bypass hose.
In Sept 2010 clutch slipping was leak to tandem pump so replaced along with clutch assembly. All under warranty so no charge from VW dealer.
June 2011 clutch slipping again.
Very difficult to get dealer to admit liability until gear box removed last time and now only after only 9 months its happened again.
What would cause this unlikely problem to happen yet again?
What perhaps hasn't been done correctly when I had the problem in 2009?
Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, NL

If the pump is leaking again , causing clutch slip , should be under warranty ?

Thank you for your likely diagnosis.
I am concerned that proving each time that it is a faulty part and dealer/parts suppliers liability can only be done on removal of clutch which I do not oversee.
I am sure that seals don't need to be replaced so frequently and I have not had trouble in that department since the first job they did in 2009. Could there be some damage on the parts where the seal is place which is cause the seal to keep failing or something else I should be looking into.
Also does a slipping clutch cause any damage on other parts of the car?
As a female I like to have advice and information before I take my car in so they know I have looked into the problem and its causes and won't be fobbed off.
Any further comments or advice would be greatly appreciated.
