2001 Volkswagen Golf air bag warning light on, seat belt warning light

problem with computer dash... various warning lights have suddenly starting flashing up.. air bag warning light, seat belt etc.. also the milage counter will not zero. tried the fuses not sure what else to try.. any ideas?

just wanted to add.. that the rear window screen wiper has also stopped working.. not sure how to fix.. help needed!!

This can be caused by moving the seat back an forth , check the connections / wiring under the seat .Rear wiper fault can be caused by broken wiring where it passes into tailgate at top or possibly faulty motor . You need to see if power getting to motor .
