Hi i'm no expert but would guess its something to do with your wiring or fuse. try changing you wipers fuse. that solved my girlfriends wiper problem.

Unsure about looking at the fuse - a fuse is either blown or working. I would think the wipers work off separate relays so fault may be in the switch. If there is a bad earth somewhere on the circuit the wipers may be working as they are. Yes - I'm with you on that one - 2 faults!!! Nagging and the wipers. Good luck.
