i put new clutch in,and slave cylinder the pedal is hard and when i bleed pedal just stays to the floor

Last time I had a fault where the clutch pedal went to the floor and stayed there I had to have a new slave cylinder! As you have just changed this it might be worth checking the installation as it sounds like a leak somewhere. I'm not a mechanic by the way, just years of life experiences of which this was one of the more expensive for me.
