The rear windscreen washer will not work and how do you get to the pipe that supplies the water to the rear windscreen wash. I have tried to remove the boot lid lining panel but it will not budge.

The rear panel will come off make sure the you have removed any hidden screws(in the cut out for hand holds etc) the clips are reusable but not nice to remove - a mix of lever , look and lever again.
The washer feed should be through the washer/wiper mechanism, the pipe connector fails and leaks cause the boot open sensor to short setting the alarm off and the lack of fluid to the washer.
