hi i was spraying my oil tank black and when i pulled off the lip the paint was on the tank line of the lid does this mean some got in?
i cleaned the oil tank with tisse form the sides then i drove 3 miles and checked my oil it was stil the same colour
also when i was spraying the oil tank was closed
i just wanted to know if air or water/spray can get thru the oil cap when it is closed
also there was a little piece of paint dust very little so little you need glasses to see it properly i think it ran into the oil tank when i tryed to catch it can this damage the engine? i drove about 4 miles car drove fine
