Rear screen wiper, cigar lighter and front screen washer not working. Fuses appear intact.

Really need to verify if fuses are o.k or not .Check owners h/book to see what circuits are covered .IF fuses o.k you then need to check for power to each inop unit .Washers could just be a faulty pump ,rear wiper could be break in wiring where it passes through into tailgate .Also on some ,water leaking from rear washer on to wiring / motor caused problems .
