the car really stuggels to start when cold but stats fine when warm changed glow plugs and still same any ideas please

Tried changing fuel filter ?

Hi the glow plug harness has 4 bits on it that connect to glow plugs 1 bit has a snap in it could I fix/bodge this any way just I'm finding it really hard to find a replacement harness thanks
