2004 Volkswagen Golf wipers not working

Car: Volkswagen Golf
Year: 2004
Variant: 1.4 Manual
Categories: Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights
An auto electrician has had the car for 2 days and inspected all the wiring after removing the dashboard and the rear wiper motor, when finished all was working, but after travelling back home and testing the wiper again, they had stopped working, tested the fuse, not blown and the motor is working, the auto electrician is baffled and I would like to give him something he could try to fix the problem, can you help.

Hard to understand your post , is it the front wiper or rear ? or both ? If the motor is working it must be the wiper wheel boxes / linkage .

In reply to your solution it is all the wipers which are not working, but they were working when the auto electrician tested them after working on the car, they just failed to work after travelling some 80 kms

Is he a fully qualified auto electrician ? have you used him before ?I would suggest getting someone else to check it out .I thought that wiper motor was accessed by removing cover from under bulkhead in engine , so surprised he removed dash .Rear motor could be broken wiring where it passes through into boot / tailgate .
