2000 Volkswagen Golf when i stop while engaged the car start shaking

the car starts just fine, when you move the gear to D or R while your foot is on the brake, it starts to shake terribly.

Engine and or gearbox mounts are quite soft in golfs and polos that I've come across
its hard to see what's wrong without having the bonnet up and someone standing to the side of the car away from harm and try to see where the movement is,
