Car: Volkswagen Golf
Year: 1999
Variant: 1.9 GT TDI

]bit more detail needed these faults all come at once? if no pipes are split would replace the m.a.f sensor that will totally restrict the power

try disconnecting the maf sensor between the air filter box to throttle body take the car foe test drive engine management light will come on when disconnected if not on already if car drives better suspect faulty maf sensor common fault on these model although will not trigger engine management light. replace maf sensor if improved
