i can smell petrol outside my car,it smells stronger at the rear,but can smell it a bit at the front and a bit inside,are they prone for leaks after a while, any help would be nice..thanks

On your age of vehicle it is possible you could have a leak if you have a strong smell of fuel,no drips under the vehicle to help pinpoint the issue.

Common for that age for plpes/hoses to rot . Also check tank and fuel cap for leaks.
