does anybody know how do i get the rocker cover off,its got old gunk in it and need to do an oil change and clean it out,if i take the 3 bolts out on top of the rocker cover and give it a slight tap will it come off,or is there more to it,and will i have to get a gasket at hand incase the one on now splits,many thanks for your help.

Always best to use a new gasket to ensure a good clean seal to stop any leaks after disturbing. Should come off with a little tap using a piece of wood, as you might crack it if you just use a hammer...
