My dad was going up a hill in the snow over-revving the car and wheel spinning, he heard a squeal and it cut out,
we had a diagnostic check on it and it came up 17965, charge pressure control deviation and now it wont start1 what it the problem?

A quick look to see if the turbo impeler is free to turn would be my first step.

Then I'd be looking at the timing belt,just to see if it has as many teeth as when it was new?
