i have a caddy panelvan 1.6, when the vehicle is in neutral and a ref the engine, it refs clean, but as soon as i start driving, it feels as if i am not getting full acceleration. refs very slow. the vehicle has drive by wire. any ideas for me? thank you

air mass meter is gone a refit should take 15 minutes
