2007 Vauxhall Tigra no brake lights are working

Car: Vauxhall Tigra
Year: 2007
Categories: Steering, Suspension, Brakes, Wheels & Tyres
My daughter was stopped and warned today because none of her brake lights were working.

I have checked the fuse and the bulbs which are all OK.

Has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it please?

I guess there must be a pressure switch somewhere by the brake pedal or under the bonnet, but I cant find it.

Check up behind brake pedal on carrier , usually there . If not get back and I will try and help . Bridging wires is easiest way to test switch ( ignition on )

Could also check that it's not just the switch's position which needs adjusting slightly .

check bulbs seen lots with all of them faulty one goes then the others due to increase power to the bulb from the blown one
