My Tigra's roof is leaking badly, and water seems to be coming in where the roof release handles are. It all started as a little drip on a passenger's side last year, but now it's a massive leak on both sides whenever it rains. I have tried looking for answers online, but the only thing I have managed to find was a comment that this is a known issue with Tigras, and that apparently no-one knows how to fix it... I am really hoping this is not the case! If anyone can help and suggest a possible solution, I would be mostly grateful!

It is a common fault but there is a couple of solutions! Number 1 solution & the easiest fix would be to permanantly seal the roof down using a waterproof sealant/mastick which can be purchased in any hardware store! or the only other option would be to add extra rubber seals to roof seals giving it double protection from the elements! But that would have to be done by a proffesional who knows what their doing! Also... you'd have to be carefull on how thick the added seals are because it might make your roof so watertight that the roof will be too tight to close! I hope this helps!

Have you found a solution??.. I have the same problem :( Trying to find a Vauxhall garage that will actually look at it as most do not specialise in convertibles. I can take it in and pay the diagnostic fee but they can't guarantee they can fix it let alone the cost it will be, and knowing vauxhall it will be a lot like most dealerships. Why make a car you can't fix! My local mechanic told me its not something that should happen and to get vauxhall to fix it. I am reluctant to seal up the roof incase it can't be reversed.
