The passenger carpet is soaking an now the rear carpets are the same the water needs filling every other day. And the outer boot fills with water

is it engine water in car as you say the water needs filling every day?
if so check the lower heater duct as its prob the heater rad/matrix all you have to do to change it is remove dash and heater box split box and replace.as a tempory solution you can join the two pipes that go from engine bay to the inside but you wont have a hot heater.
