The windscreen washer will not pump water onto windscreen

When I activate the stalk to pump water onto the screen tow awash it nothing happens
Could this be:
[1] Mechanical - lines from reservoir and jets blocked
[2] Mechanical - pump not working
[3] Electrical - problem with pump
[4] Electrical - no power getting to pump
[5] Electrical - fuse to component blown

Add faulty wiper / switch stalk to your list and it could be any .
