Hi there
I have a 2007 Tigra convertable with the electronic boot. when the fog lamp is fitted the boot mechanism does not work (using either the rear button or the internal rocker button), remove the fog lamp and it works fine.
I an seem to find a wiring diagam for it to see the link...

Possibly the rear ground/earth point.

Check inside the boot at the hinge and boot ram .Check wiring loom in a clip, and see if the wires are broken / worn and touching .
