Removing front bumper/spoiler

I need to replace a sidelight bulb & fit new car horns so need to remove the bumper/spoiler. I've removed 1 bolt each side from the wheelarch, 1 screw at the bottom of the wheelarch each side, 3 bolts on the top edge & 3 fixings on the underside, also removed the foglights but still seems attached somewhere & I'm reluctant to force it.
