Problem with boot

Bottom opens if roof down but when put roof up it won't and there's beeping noise when first take handbrake off.

So many problems with that roof , the beep is indicating a fault which needs to be scanned with the like of Tech 2 machine to diagnose .Here is a couple of links that will give you some ideas that you could check out covering micro switches etc .
