1999 Vauxhall Tigra leakage

Footwell Behind passenger seat and footwell in drivers side sipping wet only noticed this year, causing really bad condensation. Although I know this seems to be common problem but how can I fix it, considering new car if too expensive so please be truthfull :-)

Does it have a sunroof fitted,check the drains are not choked by pouring a small amount of water down them and checking to see it runs out.
