Condensation and wet floor well

Not sure on the Tigra, but could be a blocked pollen filter. (Very common on ford focus)

could be a number of reasons why, leaking door seals, heater matrix, front screen, bulk head drains blocked, leaking screen washer pipes if internal. best to dry out and get someone to sit inside while you soak the car with a hosepipe, if your lucky you will see where its coming from
