2006 Vauxhall Signum tc light, spanner light, stalling and limp mode.

Car: Vauxhall Signum
Year: 2006
Variant: 1.9 cdti 150 exclusive
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
Driving home from work I had go over some rough ground at the side of the country lane, straight after the TC light came on and stayed on. After another couple of miles the exhaust emissions light came on and went into limp home mode.
Got home and switched off and on again. This cleared the lights but not the limp mode. Switched off again and on again and it cleared. Went round the block to ckeck all ok and at 70mph on dual carriageway went into limp mode again with all the lights coming back on and then stalled when exiting dual road and back to normal? Any help would be great, very scary 70mph to 25mph on a dual raod with no warning!!!
